Algorithm Engineer

Zarmon Group is seeking an Algorithmic Expert, ideally with a background in exact sciences or a strong foundation in algorithmics, to enhance our trading strategies and algorithms. The ideal candidate will possess a keen analytical mind, a deep understanding of algorithmic trading, and the ability to craft and characterize sophisticated algorithms that drive success.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Algorithm Engineer located in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Algorithm Engineer will be responsible for the development and design of algorithms, programming, and research and development (R&D) in order to create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Develop and refine algorithmic trading strategies to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Characterize and implement innovative algorithms based on thorough research and analysis.

Collaborate with our marketing team to align trading strategies with market opportunities.

Continuously monitor and optimize algorithms to adapt to market changes.

Requirements:

Strong background in algorithmics, with a preference for candidates with a exact sciences background.

Experience in algorithmic trading is highly desirable.

Ability to clearly characterize and communicate complex algorithms.

Knowledge of online marketing is an advantage, reflecting a well-rounded understanding of market dynamics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
