We are looking for a naturally inquisitive individual with a technical background to join our fast growing company as a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will research the DevOps industry and specific products in order to generate meaningful insights that will help guide decision making across all company departments.

As a Senior Competitive Intelligence Analyst at JFrog you will...

• Monitor the market for new, emerging and evolving companies across the same and adjacent market segments
• Be a subject matter expert on competitors’ product offerings and how they compare with JFrog’s offerings
• Enable sales and marketing audiences to properly position and differentiate JFrog’s offerings relative to competitors
• Create and update competitive enablement materials and collateral including battlecards, dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with different teams, including product management, engineering and sales, to analyze and identify product opportunities and gaps
• Inform the product roadmap with insights from relevant competitors
• Translate technical features into actual business value propositions
• Gain broad knowledge of the software development and DevOps industries
• Collect and incorporate feedback across various departments and stakeholders, including executives
• Use the most advanced competitive enablement technologies to create an always up-to-date repository of all competitive content
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in Competitive Intelligence / Product Marketing / Strategy
• Ability to analyze large amounts of technical documentation, synthesize and surface relevant insights, and write comprehensive reports tailored to stakeholder needs
• Ability to disambiguate, structure, and simplify complex concepts and scenarios into “So What?” and “Now What?” insights to inform stakeholders
• Consistently achieves results, demonstrating high performance, and challenging yourself and others to deliver results
• Asserts own ideas and persuades others, gaining support and commitment and mobilizing people to take action
• Clearly convey your thoughts, both written and verbally, listening attentively and asking questions for clarification and understanding
• Curiosity and strong investigative, research and organizational skills
• High proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Capable of working in an internationally distributed and multicultural organization
