Account Manager - Disposition Department

Olyid is searching for a driven and charismatic Account Manager to join our growing Disposition Department!

Become an Investment Matchmaker: Connect savvy investors with properties poised for high returns.

Here's what you'll do:

• Relationship Builder: Develop meaningful connections with potential buyers, understanding their investment goals and matching them with the ideal property.
• Marketing Maven: Craft engaging content for Facebook, email marketing campaigns, and phone outreach to generate leads and excitement about new listings.
• Negotiation Ninja: Navigate the bidding process, ensuring a win-win situation for both buyers and sellers.
• Team Player: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful transaction for everyone involved.
