Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity ahead! As the leadership team has been leading all Sales efforts till today, we are looking to hire our first Sales Account Executive (AE). This role is pivotal in engaging with prospects, demonstrating our product, and handling all negotiation, commercial and legal aspects of the sales cycle, culminating in the successful closing of deals. Our ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing and/or marketing agency and/or marketing/client facing for B2C companies and/or entrepreneurial experience, is a self-motivated and driven professional with a knack for negotiation and a passion for success. This role is based in Israel, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with prospects, effectively demonstrating Uplifted's platform capabilities.
- Manage all negotiation aspects, including commercial and legal, ensuring a smooth and successful closing process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy.
- Drive customer expansion by identifying opportunities for renewals, upsells, or cross-sells.
- In addition to inbound leads, the AE will also be expected to proactively engage with potential prospects and conduct outbound initiatives as needed.
- Engage with other departments to share prospect needs, win/loss analysis, and product feedback.
- Be willing to work evening/night hours to accommodate calls with the US from Israel, ensuring global reach and engagement.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales / account management and/or entrepreneurial background
- Background in performance marketing and/or marketing agency and/or marketing/client facing for B2C companies – huge plus
- English proficiency at a native/near native level
- Excellent presentation skills, engaging and easy to follow explanations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Self-starter mentality, driven to achieve and exceed targets
- Highly organized and data-driven
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools – an advantage
