Junior Salesforce Administrator

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage operational Global Salesforce system
• Serve as a focal point for system support
• Conduct data uploads and Data fixes to Salesforce (including merge of duplicates)
• Provide operational reporting solutions (including support for BI reports based on SF dataset)
• Conduct data quality audit, change of layouts, field changes
• Support implementation of new modules and enhancements- implement, test
• Move implementation from Sandbox to Production

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Salesforce administration (Lightning): Object and Fields, Profiles, Roles, Field level security, Validations, Workflows, Process Builder, App exchange,
• Previous experience and operation and support of Salesforce – at least 1 Year, Must
• Previous experience in data management in Salesforce (data fixes, data uploads)
• Previous knowledge of Sales processes: Lead Management, Opportunity Management
• Strong technical skills - Must
• Fluent in English
• Strong Self-Learning ability
• Analytical skills for data and processes
• Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially advanced skills in Excel)
• Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
