Algorithm Engineer

A multinational, dynamic, and profitable algo-trading startup, the company specializes in developing ultra-low latency trading strategies deployed in numerous markets worldwide. It is a young and dynamic algorithmic trading company that combines cutting-edge research, advanced technology, and expertise in financial markets to build innovative and scalable electronic trading systems.

As part of the role, there is implementation and development of algorithms in C++ and Python as part of the teams.

Located in Tel Aviv near the train station, the company embraces a hybrid work model, incorporating remote work on a regular basis.

What you will do:

• End-to-end development and deployment of high-frequency trading algorithms consisting of:
• Creative thinking, performing research and literature review
• Conceiving innovative and novel ideas in the fields of machine learning, statistics, and signal processing
• Development and application of trading algos in a highly competitive real-time environment
• Collaboration with other researchers/developers

Requirements:

• Advanced degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Math, Engineering, or a related field with a 90 GPA
• 5 years of industry experience
• Prior experience in quantitative finance – a big advantage
• Strong statistical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong programming skills (especially C/C++ and Python)
• Intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and ability to communicate within and across teams
