What will you do:

CyberArk is looking for an exceptional Workato Specialist to join our growing team.

As a Workato Specialist, you will be an individual who can help us continually build, improve, and enhance our business processes through automation.

In this role, you should be a team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills and you will be responsible for helping our company build solutions for business requirements . you will also be responsible to:

• Implementing and developing new processes/features/ systems/modifications
• Testing, Debugging, and resolving production issues.
• Work across multiple customer-facing teams (Sales, Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Success) to improve the product's vision and to make global businesses and organizations successful.
• Technical solutions expert with an aptitude for technical advising, troubleshooting, and analysis. With strong communication skills, you will be proficient in communicating technically complex ideas to a non-technical audience.
• Gather requirements with the business partners, and lead the solution design process jointly with customers, Business Development, and Engineering.
• Accelerate development for roadmap features to address specific customer requirements.
• Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team.
  
  

• Certified Workato developer with at least 3 years of experience developing recipes.
• Experience and understanding in amending code, testing, and preparing for go-live.
• Background in information systems, computing, engineering, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge with APIs – RESTful.
• Sound knowledge of Data Structure – JSON.
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic start-up environment with a passion for making an impact.
• Strong critical thinking, and analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set.
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time, even under high-pressure situations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
• Fast learner who can independently conduct extensive research, and synthesize ideas, information, and options quickly.
• Be proactive about solving problems and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode.

• Knowledge of SOAP/XML is a plus.
• Experience in one or more general-purpose languages like JavaScript, Python, and Ruby
