Marketing Operations Assistant

As Marketing Operations Assistant, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and driving our marketing initiatives forward. We're seeking someone who is hands-on and a problem solver, ready to roll up their sleeves and tackle challenges head-on.

Reporting directly to the VP Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the VP Marketing to define and implement brand strategy and vision
• Ensure brand visibility across various channels, both in-store and online
• Responsible for overseeing the marketing department's Gantt charts and schedules.
• Analyze marketing performance and extract insights for continuous improvement
• Liaise with external suppliers for production, PR, social media, and promotions
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing team, including project prioritization, resource allocation, and timeline management
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, set expectations, and ensure timely delivery of marketing assets and materials..
• Develop and maintain marketing reports to track key performance metrics and communicate results to stakeholders
• Support various tasks within the marketing department as needed

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficiency in numerical analysis
• Excellent command of English
• Can do approach

Full-time position based at our headquarters in Rosh Ha'ayin
