WAWA - Green Building Ltd. is a consulting and design firm that specializes in sustainable buildings. WAWA provides consulting, design, and project management services for "Green building” certification and implements a multidisciplinary design framework that encourages integration of multi-disciplinary ideas to reach optimal solutions for Green Projects.

WAWA's services include consultancy services for private and public sectors, coordination of Green building certification according to LEED and SI5281, designing "edge solutions" and R&D projects.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a מנהל פרויקטים לתכנון בניה ירוקה at WAWA - Green Building Ltd. The role will be located in the Tel Aviv, Israel, some work from home is acceptable. The role involves day-to-day project management tasks associated with the planning and construction of green buildings design.

Qualifications

• practical or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, civil or mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in project management for sustainable buildings, including planning, designing, and coordinating projects
• Knowledge of green certifications, such as 5281,LEED and BREEAM
• Proficiency in project management software, such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate project teams
• Fluency in Hebrew and English
• Experience with Energy modeling including energy simulations is a plus
