Payments Product Manager

We are offering a unique opportunity to join our amazing product department in Tel Aviv and be a key member of the Growth products domain.

As the Payments Product Manager you’ll be responsible to create, enhance and optimize user experience, drive growth and maximize conversion rates through our funnels. By focusing on payments journeys, you’ll get to optimize our backend system integrations to increase revenue generation, alongside initiating product solutions to improve approval rates and payment acceptance in different locations.

Wake up for this:

• Define, manage, and lead your product from ideation through to delivery whilst aligned with the overall product roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product analysts and data scientists to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will support the needs of our users and impact our goals/metrics
• Create wireframes and UX flows for complex features, that will solidify the product strategy into new features and products.
• Work with a variety of cross-functional stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed.
• Conduct competitor and gap analysis, execute A/B tests, user calls & usability tests to validate your assumptions.
• Analyze feature performance and user behavior on a day-to-day basis.
• Own and prioritize a long term product roadmap for your area based on a healthy balance of innovation, reducing technical debt and maintenance and support.
• Be a team player within the development team to provide support, answer questions and guide them on the overall product vision.
• Act as the primary liaison and link between all stakeholders, teams, and departments. Through the whole product life cycle, you will ensure clarity of the latest update on the product, removal of blockers and keep track of business deliverable commitments.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in product management with a proven record of successfully launching products that create significant business impact.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX – at the end of the day, it all comes down to a good old-fashioned user experience.
• You have experience working with agile development teams building world class consumer products.
• You have great interpersonal skills such as active listening and collaboration when working with other stakeholders or teams on a common goal.
• You have good verbal communication skills, a high standard of written, visual, and you can communicate clearly through all means.
• You are highly organized in terms of planning and prioritization of workload and effective time management skills.
• Highly analytical – you will often find yourself acting as your own analyst, as part of your full ownership of the product (although we do have product analysts on the team).
• You have technological sense and the ability to translate product requirements into technical aspects.
