Job Description

The position requires a self-motivated individual who's highly diligent and passionate about sales and self-growth. Essentially, the role is to help our consultants screen the clients and find those who can benefit from the training, booking calls with them, and making sure they show up:

Responsibilities

• Managing a sales team, running weekly and monthly status meetings, analyzing challenges and bottlenecks in the marketing/sales funnel, and implementing solutions. 
• Interviewing, recruiting, and running onboarding and ongoing training for SDRs. 
• Working closely and coordinating with the head coach and marketing manager to streamline service and operations. 
• Conducting sales/compatibility calls for potential clients, and issuing invoices and documents as needed. 
• Generating collaborations with influencers, headhunters, and organizations.

Requirements and skills:

• Fluent in English and Hebrew. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and oral)
• Comfortable working with people over the phone/zoom and in person.

Logistics: 

• Full-time job. Flexible work hours. Hybrid (80% home, 20% office) 
• There is room for promotion and growth within the company. 
• Remote work conditions and expectations: Work must be conducted in a quiet space which is free of interruptions i.e. from home, office, or quiet room.
• Employees at Express are provided with a business cellphone line + WhatsApp business account. 

Onboarding process: 

• 3 weeks long – approximately 60 hours (paid).
• Before conducting sales at Express, employees must experience the program themselves (onboarding).
