Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a CPA with Payroll Experience.

The role includes responsibility for all functions related to the company's financial well-being ― including accounting, recordkeeping, payroll management, administrative work and cash flow.

As a part of the job, you will conduct accurate data analysis and offer advice to senior management on strategies to maximize profits, securing long-term success for the company.

You will also assume leadership of the company's finance team, overseeing the implementation of proper checks and balances to ensure compliance with the company payroll policies and labour regulations.

Qualifications

• BA in Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) qualification
• Experience with payroll management is a must
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and various accounting software
• Knowledge of finance and accounting principles
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
