Qualtrics Application Consultant - Israel based

AKT, a global People solutions and services company, is looking for an Application Consultant, to provide Design and Implementation for Qualtrics Engagements in the field of Customer and Employee Experience. Qualtrics is an experience management software which enables the creation and distribution of surveys, along with the collection of data derived from user feedback and reports.

The Implementation Team is at the heart of AKT. The initial onboarding experience and solution delivery establishes the client relationship and sets the tone for the partnership. The role is critical to helping support customers to use and leverage the platform and run business value led programs. The Consultant listens to clients and advocates for them internally, driving operational improvements and product enhancements.

Reporting to the Head of Qualtrics Solution Consulting, this is a full-time and mostly remote position, open to candidates living and eligible to work in Israel.

• Acquiring and maintaining certifications on Qualtrics and experience management related technologies and methodologies

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with Customer Experience / Employee Experience Consulting or in SAAS products configuration
• Bachelor's degree or students pursuing a Master's degree in relevant fields, such as Psychology, Sociology, Industrial engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration
• Experience with either Qualtrics, SPSS, Power BI, or SAP Analytical Cloud – huge advantage
• Experience with supporting HR Technology or CRM – huge advantage
• Experience with either customer research, employee research, product research, or market research for leading companies – an advantage
• Research and analytics skills – an advantage
• ChatGPT or alike - huge advantage
• Office and MS Project – a must
• Language skills in Hebrew and English (both written and oral) – a must
