Playtika is seeking a visionary Global Talent Acquisition Director to play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational success. In this strategic position, you will drive impact by crafting and executing talent acquisition strategies finely tuned to align with our business objectives. Your leadership will extend to mentoring a global department across various locations, strategically utilizing innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with executive leadership to understand business objectives and develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with playtika business goals.

• lead a high-performing Talent Acquisition teams, providing mentorship and development opportunities.

• Analyze current and future talent needs and implement workforce planning initiatives.

• Utilize data analytics to measure and improve TA departments effectiveness and efficiency, while providing insights executive leadership on key talent metrics

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates, including passive talent, and build a strong talent pipeline.

• Implement strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven record as global talent acquisition director within a global organization

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead number of teams team effectively.

• Demonstrate In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition tools and best practices.

• Demonstrated success in implementing strategic talent acquisition and development initiatives.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working with executives.

• Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.

• Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
