Certified Bookkeeper - level 3

BLEND is a privately held company with offices in Tel Aviv, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Kyiv, and Bucharest. 

👉Full-time, hybrid position: 3 days in Tel Aviv, 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Oversee, maintain and track records and all financial transactions.  

• Oversee vendor processes from invoice to payment.  

• Process new employees and employment termination financial paperwork. 

• Monthly reports to tax authorities. 

• Bring the books to the trial balance stage. 

• Participate as a key member of the month-end close. 

• Perform reconciliations for banks, Credit cards, AP, AR and I/C balances.  

• Hands-on position, reporting to the Lead Controller. 

• Manage pensions, employee benefits, and interaction with the insurance agency. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Certified Bookkeeper (type/level 3). 

• At least 5 years of experience as a bookkeeper in high-tech companies. 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English both. 

• Experience in consolidation – advantage  

• Strong knowledge of Priority ERP system and Microsoft tools. 

• Self-motivated, time management skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. 

• A Service-oriented team player that is detail oriented and thorough.
