Finance Specialist

The Finance department at IAI's headquarters is seeking a Finance Specialist to supply tender support and agreements within Tanufa unit.

Responsibilities:

• Providing financial support for tenders and framework agreements in the organization's areas of activity, including budget preparation.

• Drafting the financial appendices for agreements and supporting the tender process in all its aspects.

• Financial support for the agreement throughout its lifecycle, including providing solutions and managing negotiations with suppliers regarding unforeseen contractual dilemmas not addressed in agreements.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration - mandatory.

• Degree in Law/Additional knowledge in legal editing - advantage.

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in the economic field - mandatory.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word - mandatory.

• Previous experience in the organization's areas of activity - advantage.

• Previous experience in similar finance units within a company - advantage.

• Good understanding of SAP system - advantage.
