Product Advisor - (Hebrew, English & French speaker)

Job Description

• Join the Wix Product Advisor team, a team of passionate product-centric people focused on helping agencies and freelancers make the most of our products. As a Product Advisor, you’ll sit in a unique position between customer success and our product teams to push product adoption and ensure the voice of the product is heard.
• Be a Wix subject matter expert for our external partners, as well as our internal success managers
• Create and deliver impactful training material and webinars that clearly communicate our product value
• Be comfortable in the unknown, as you will be solving engineering problems for customers as their unique needs arise
• Influence our product roadmaps by sharing insightful customer feedback and product challenges with the relevant product managers
  
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience in responsive web design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the corresponding best practices
• Experience with UX/UI best practices when it comes to responsive web design
• Product training experience in the SaaS industry, ideally delivering to groups
• You speak and write business proficient Hebrew, English, and French
• You’re passionate about frontend web design and helping customers achieve success through a consultative experience
• An advantage if you’ve managed an online business or spent time working in a creative web development agency
