Senior LinkedIn Ads Campaign Manager

TRemotion - One of the world’s leading LinkedIn Ads agencies (really, check us out) - is looking for talented, experienced and passionate Senior CM’s to join our growing team.

This is a mission-critical position that will manage and scale our clients!

We’re looking for someone with Paid LinkedIn Ads experience and proven success, agency experience and/or those who have also worked client-side at a B2B startup. We need you to hit the ground running, we’ll be there to help but we need you to swim in the deep end with us pretty quick.

Yes - we’re small - currently around 12 employees.

But we punch way above our weight. 

This job makes sense for you if:

You consider yourself an expert B2B marketer and/or, a LinkedIn Paid Ads expert that has an edge on his/her peers.

What you'll do:

You would be responsible for the day-to-day management, operation and comms of 5-7 global accounts. 

You’ll be speaking to your clients on a weekly basis, working internally on building the right strategy to help them win big, you will be analyzing their data and deriving insights and you will be super proactive and radically communicative!

You should have most of this (but you don’t need to have it all): 

• 2+ years experience running Linkedin Paid Campaigns 
• B2B Marketing Experience 
• Agency experience - A huge Plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• A can-do approach, growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
• You’re confident in running customer-facing communications and have proven success - A must
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing environment and embrace technology transitions
• Ability to judge and quantify results of media efforts placed on behalf of our clients (i.e., understand/describe impact of results, compare actual results to needs of client) and the ability to translate this data into a story.
• The ability to communicate and articulate a strategy/plan effectively - both internally and externally, in both English and Hebrew.
• A positive mental attitude.
