Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Assistant to join our operation department. In this role, you will be involved with procurement, inventory management, logistics, import/export, and distribution. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of materials, products, and information throughout our supply chain network.
Responsibilities
Material Management:
- Subcontractors Inventory Follow Up – Inventory transactions.
- Third Party Logistics Site Inventory Follow Up – Inventory transactions.
Purchase Order Management:
- Purchase Orders maintenance (Open, track and monitor the status of purchase orders to ensure timely receipt of goods or services).
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as accounting, to ensure smooth order completion and payment processing.
Logistics, Import/Export and Transportation:
- Preparing and track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and address any issues or delays to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
- Support Import-Export.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in logistics or purchasing roles within an industrial or manufacturing environment, Medical Device - Advantage
- Knowledge with Import/Export and medical device regulatory requirements (Advantage)
- Proficiency in using supply chain management ERP software (Oracle Netsuite advantage)
- Excellent MS-Office (Excel, Word) skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
- PLM software knowledge (Agile preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluent Hebrew and English (Oral, Read-Write)
