Position Overview

For one of our divisions that provides a full suite of complementary services in various verticals, we are in search of VP level manager, to manage and lead a division of 200 employees, as well as extend the business activity with both existing and new customers and markets, in Israel and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility to manage a complex business division, including department managers owning a large range of projects and business activity, managing customers relations and all the division's mangers and employees.
• Define the division's strategy, in line with the company's strategy, from vision to practical implementation.
• Build and execute a business development plan according to the division's goals, including increase of business activity with existing customers and penetration into new markets.
• Building and implementing methodologies, infrastructures and business/organizational/managerial processes in each of the division units.
• Manage P&L end-to-end -

1. full responsibility for meeting the defined financial turnover target.
2. full responsibility for meeting the revenue target.

• Build and execute annual workplans
• Prepare and monitor the division's budgets throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Profound and proven experience of at least 5 years in a senior level management role, as a VP of a business unit/division.
• Proven experience extending business activity and entering new markets, in Israel and abroad.
• Proven experience in planning and executing workplans.
• Proven experience building and executing strategic plans.
• Bachelor's degree - a must.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field - an advantage.
• Possesses excellent management skills: high level of interpersonal communication; independence; ability to manage in a multi-task environment with many interfaces; stamina and perseverance; logical and methodological thinking, creative problem solving.
