Algo tech director

About the Role:*

We are seeking a Tech Director with extensive expertise in algorithmic Deep Learning (DL), noted for strong adaptability and outstanding interpersonal skills. This role is pivotal in leading Tech Coordination / Integration Circulation, conducting CTO Forums, driving IP Development, and overseeing Tech Marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will excel in making complex technological concepts understandable for diverse audiences and guiding the strategic evolution of technology within the consortium.

Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Tech Coordination / Integration / Circulation and CTO Forums:*

- Foster the integration and sharing of technological innovations among a consortium of companies.

- Organize quarterly CTO forums to discuss challenges and explore collaborative solutions across various technology domains.

2. *IP Development:*

- Identify potential areas for intellectual property development to encourage innovation and strategic IP collaboration.

3. *Tech Marketing:*

- Direct marketing efforts for technical innovations, simplifying complex technologies for presentations at conferences, in white papers, and during strategic discussions.

4. *Tech Meeting / Tech BD Support / Tech DD:*

- Play a crucial role in meetings where innovation is key, with the CTO elucidating processes using traditional methodologies.

- This position requires an outbound orientation, the ability to connect with individuals, and the provision of bespoke solutions.

5. *Leading Tech RM & Vision / Supporting Tech Due Diligence:*

- Manage the creation and implementation of the technical roadmap and vision, ensuring alignment with the consortium’s strategic objectives within the dynamic tech landscape.

- Additionally, provide support for all Tech Due Diligence processes in potential partnerships to guarantee comprehensive technological evaluations.

*Requirements:*

- Demonstrated knowledge in deep learning algorithms across various technology sectors.

- Experience in leading technical projects, including roadmap management and facilitation of high-level tech forums.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for effectively marketing technological innovations.

- A strategic approach to IP development and experience in managing collaborative technology projects.

- Fluency in English for in-depth technical discussions and business negotiations.
