Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer/Supervisor for a challenging industrial project in Mishor Rotem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial projects such as Power Plants, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Upstream ventures. As a QA/QC Engineer/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee quality control procedures to ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with quality requirements.

- Document and report inspection findings accurately and promptly.

- Coordinate closely with project teams and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and specifications.

- Provide training and support to project personnel on quality-related matters.

- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.

- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in QA/QC roles within the industrial sector.

- Strong expertise in quality control methodologies and inspection techniques.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

- Construction or significant site experience preferred.

- Relevant quality management or inspection certifications are advantageous.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high-quality standards.

- Familiarity with relevant software tools for documentation and reporting.
