**Responsibilities:**

- Plan the production of dairy products according to required quantities and timelines, aligned with business objectives.

- Develop weekly and daily production plans to accommodate constraints and adjustments in response to daily changes.

- Customize and construct production, shipments, and policy plans in coordination with the planning department.

- Monitor and track the execution of production plans and shipments, analyze gaps, derive insights, and perform corrective actions.

- Establish and manage product trees and department infrastructure, ensuring control and oversight.

- Oversee the logistical management of dairy product shipments.

- Full-time position - 6 days a week.

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering and Management.

- Experience in working within production planning in a process plant in general or in the food industry in particular - advantageous.

- Proficiency in Excel.

- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for production management - advantageous.
