Our client, a leading Digital Health company, is on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic team. The company specializes in developing a cutting-edge mobile application aimed at enhancing health and wellness. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional technical support to the company's app users.

Location: Ramat Gan, Israel (Hybrid work model available with 2-3 days remote work)

Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, catering to the Israeli market. Language:

The support will be provided in Hebrew.

Key Responsibilities:

- Offer comprehensive support to app users, from the onboarding process through to the effective use of all features within the product.

- Communicate with users through email, WhatsApp, and phone calls to resolve technical issues and enhance their user experience.

Requirements:

- A bachelor's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in technical support roles.

- Strong customer service orientation.
