As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for the yearly plan of company events, in and outside of the office as well as the execution of the events.

Assist Leadership and VPs with their needs on this subject, work with current & new vendor relationships for cost optimization.

Get regular stakeholder feedback and work on improving the employee experience.

We are looking for an experienced EE coordinator with excellent organizational skills and a personable disposition to join the team in Tel Aviv.

As an Office & Employee Experience Coordinator you will be responsible for-

• Reviewing management practices and their impact on the employee experience (such as surveys and other )
• Managing the day-to-day operations and employee experience activities along with managing strategic projects
• Designing communications approaches which give employees a voice in the organisation.
• Reviewing and enhancing the employer brand
• Creating onboarding approaches that positively impact engagement from the start of the employment journey.
• Assessing the impact that people practices and policies have on the employee experience.
• Advertising and communicating all projects and initiatives to maximize participation and engagement within the company.
  
  

Do What You Love

To be successful in this role you will-

• Have relevant experience in high volume office environment, prioritizing projects, and multi-task.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal English and Hebrew.
• Be skilled with Budgeting, Procurement, Office Projects, Event/Offsites Planning, Executive Treatment, Administration.
• Be an excellent team player, demonstrate interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
• Have ability to negotiate with vendors to optimize our budget.
