Financial Controller

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly closing process, prepare work papers and supporting schedules
• Prepare Quarterly financial reports
• Overlook the groups' general ledgers, journal entries, account reconciliations
• Coordinate and support external audits and reviews
• Manage tax reporting and compliance for both the Israeli and US subsidiary
• Review vendors payments
• Budget planning and budget vs. actual monitoring
• Support the US subsidiary Team including payroll, expenses, and general operational issues
• Documentation of internal controls
• Support the day-to-day finance operations of the company and its subsidiary and ongoing communication with local teams abroad.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial tasks

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with hi-tech companies as a controller/assistant controller
• CPA from a big 4 accounting firm, Hi-tech audit
• Strong knowledge and experience with US GAAP
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Experienced with ERP system (NetSuite - advantage)
• High proficiency in written and spoken English
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
