Affiliate Account Manager JB-3271

Main Responsibilities:

1. Affiliate Relationship Management:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing affiliate partners.

• Identify and recruit new affiliates to expand the company's affiliate network.

2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate campaigns.

• Implement strategies to optimize affiliate activities, maximize revenue, and achieve KPIs.

3. Commission and Payout Management:

• Manage commission structures, negotiate rates, and ensure timely and accurate payout to affiliates.

• Resolve commission-related inquiries and issues promptly.

4. Collaboration with Marketing and Sales Teams:

• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align affiliate strategies with overall business objectives.

• Provide affiliates with promotional materials and support to enhance campaign performance.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

• Generate regular reports on affiliate performance, highlighting key metrics and trends.

• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on performance analysis.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the online trading or financial services industry.

• Demonstrable success in managing and growing affiliate partnerships.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with affiliates.

• Ability to negotiate and manage commission structures effectively.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Proficient in using analytics and affiliate marketing tools.

• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
