Software Engineer Team Lead

A hi-tech company developing a new line of products from scratch with advanced and innovative SAAS technologies in the field of central support management and inventory management for IT departments in global organizations.

The company is private and profitable, based in Tel Aviv (near the train station). They operate on a hybrid work model with two days of remote work per week. The company has a workforce of 200 employees.

Role involves managing a team of 5 employees, incorporating at least 50% remote work, reporting to the Group Lead. Technological stack includes Node, React, and AWS.

Responsibility -

• Guide a cross-functional team through the entire project lifecycle, from initial research to final delivery.

• Lead the charge in architecting the next generation of the flagship product.

• Utilize a SaaS-based microservices solution deployed in the AWS cloud and infuse it with AI capabilities for groundbreaking innovation.

• Leverage the capabilities of the AWS cloud and explore a variety of AI-driven technologies and services.

• Stay at the forefront of technology by continuously exploring, evaluating, and implementing new technologies

• Elevate development efficiency and product quality through strategic technological choices.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams, providing visionary leadership to create user interfaces and features.

Requirements-

• 3 years of experience in leading a development team.

• 5 years as a Full-Stack Developer with a specialized focus on R&D E2E solutions.

• Demonstrate expertise in full-stack development with Java/Node backend development, AND React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, including understanding browser behavior, page life-cycle, and DOM events.

• Showcase your leadership in Java/Node backend development, complemented by a robust understanding of databases.

• Lead with an agile mindset, weaving software engineering principles and practices into your team's daily endeavors.
