Back End Developer

A successful FinTech startup specializing in developing a financial authorization technology aimed at building trust and improving the rental experience between tenants and landlords in the United States (B2B2C). The platform addresses challenges related to security deposits and paper checks.

The development is 100% on the server side using NodeJS, running on Linux. The tech stack includes AWS, NodeJS, VueJS, Kubernetes, Docker, MongoDB, and NoSQL.

The company, based in Tel Aviv, follows a remote work model with employees working from home several days a week. The global team consists of 70 employees, including 30 based in Israel.

Requirements:

• 4 years of proven work experience as a Back-end developer with programming languages like Node.js, Java, and Python

• BS.c in computer science or equivalent experience

• Experience working with both NoSQL/relational databases (Mongo/Postgres/MySQL)

• Experience building dockerized services

• In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing and deployment)

• A team player with a can-do attitude

• Good organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills

• Experience in creating and integrating to 3rd party APIs
