Senior Project Manager

TMM, in the Missiles and Space Systems Division, is looking for a Senior Project Manager for Navigation Systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the project from marketing to final delivery to the client.
• Handling development projects and equipment in the navigation world for domestic and international clients, from development to delivery and implementation at the client's site.
• Providing ongoing maintenance support.
• Strengthening client relationships and creating additional business opportunities.
• A managerial role working in a matrix structure with engineering units, logistics, operations, and procurement departments.

Requirements:

• Degree/certification in engineering - mandatory.
• MBA degree - advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-system projects in the security field with a scope of over $5 million.
• Experience in business negotiations - mandatory.
• Experience working with suppliers and clients domestically and internationally - a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) - mandatory
• Financial report analysis experience - advantage.
• Navigation field experience - advantage.
• Proven management skills, employee motivation, and leadership in a matrix organizational structure, effective communication with employees.
