Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. As a Senior Product Manager at Onyxia, you will play a pivotal role in leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of our cutting-edge Cyber Security Management (CM) platform. From initial customer discovery to product design and technical implementation, you will drive the creation and delivery of value to our customers and GTM teams.

Responsibilities:

• Play a key role in driving the growth and expansion of Onyxia’s CM platform.
• Lead the design, implementation and execution of Onyxia’s Cyber Security Management Solution features and functionalities.
• Gain deep insights of Onyxia’s customer needs by actively engaging with customers and prospects, analyzing user data and conducting user research to inform product decisions.
• Collaborate closely with GTM teams to understand customers needs, gather feedback and drive continuous improvement of the product roadmap to enhance customer experience.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive product backlogs and effectively drive execution to achieve desired results.
• Work closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Data Science/Analysis and UX teams to design and deliver high-quality product features that align with customer requirements and market trends.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• BSc in CS / SW Engineering / equivalent military training.
• A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with an experience in B2B solutions..
• Background in cyber-security technologies: Either endpoint security, cloud security, network security or vulnerability management.
• Strong customer orientation including a vast experience with global customers.
• Experience in delivering web UI/UX research and design, while collaborating closely with UI/UX experts to ensure requirements are met.
• Have a proven track record of delivering SaaS products to market, from initial business case development to GTM strategies and achieving successful customer adoption
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
• Experience in Cyber related technical roles - Advantage.
