About the role

As the R&D Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our product development with the company's vision and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will be at the forefront of building and leading our innovative Gen AI platform. This position demands an experienced and strategic leader who can apply modern engineering practices across the organization, manage and mentor the entire team. To succeed in this role you must balance technical expertise with strategic vision and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive growth plan and strategy for the R&D team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the company's vision is effectively implemented with the highest standards.
• Implement modern engineering practices across the organization to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Lead and mentor the R&D teams to foster a collaborative and high performance culture.
• spearhead innovation initiatives within the organization. This involves identifying emerging technologies, market trends, and customer needs to inspire and guide the development of innovative products and solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and scaling R&D teams, preferably in startup environments.
• Proven experience in leading development teams while still being involved in hands-on development.
• Cross-platform knowledge (web, mobile, back-end).
• Experience with Cloud platform operation and maintenance (GCP adv).
• Proven ability to design, deliver, and execute end to end solutions.
• “Can-Do” attitude and mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
