IT Specialist

A groundbreaking technology company that's changing the banking system is looking for an IT Specialist to join the ride.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to users across the organization. Promptly and effectively diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Escalate issues to third-party vendors when necessary.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes while ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems. Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software components, including network equipment.
• Create and update documentation for IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
• Maintain an inventory of hardware, software licenses, and other IT assets.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to implement IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Experience in supporting macOS & Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Google Workspace, Office 365 ecosystems.
• Experience with IAM environments and knowledge of SAML and SSO concepts - Okta is an advantage.
• Experience with MDM systems - Jamf is an advantage.
• Experience with security tools such as ZTNA, EDR, Firewalls
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts
• Scripting and automation experience is a plus
• A desire to learn and grow with the team as our needs and mission evolve - Must!
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
