As a Designer at our esteemed organization, you will assume a pivotal role within our design department, leveraging your seasoned expertise to craft compelling graphic and visual content for our diverse range of products and services. Below is an overview of the position:

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualizing and designing visual assets for various marketing initiatives, encompassing email templates, banners, landing pages, website interfaces, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product developers, managers, and marketing professionals to grasp project requirements and devise effective design strategies.
• Remaining abreast of emerging industry trends and advancements in digital design technologies, particularly in the realm of AI.
• Actively participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh design insights and concepts.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable proficiency and a solid track record in graphic and web design. Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency in utilizing graphic design tools and software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, among others.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• A proactive and solution-oriented approach, consistently exploring innovative design solutions and pushing creative boundaries.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by continual change.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and concepts.
• Passion for web design and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
• A degree or certification in graphic design, web design, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic, Spanish, or Portuguese is considered advantageous.
