Embedded Linux Engineer

Tk Open Systems has an open position for an embedded Linux software engineer to work on-site in Jerusalem (not remote!) with a team of embedded Linux software experts.

Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include developing Linux BSP's for new board designs using NXP, Xilinx and Nvidia SoC's, with specific emphasis on customizations of the vendor boot chain. Other responsibilities include userspace design using Buildroot and Yocto environments.

Qualifications

The position requires a degree in computer science or electrical engineering, residency in the Jerusalem area, at least two years work experience in any of U-Boot, Linux kernel configurations and device trees, board bring-up, Yocto, Buildroot, Linux networking. Good oral and written communication skills in Hebrew and English are essential.

Conditions

The position pays between NIS 20K and NIS 40K depending on experience and capabilities for a 170 hour per-month position. We do not work overtime.
