Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Technical Support Engineer. The Customer Technical Support Engineer will provide tier-2 technical support and troubleshooting solutions to DOKKA's customers, where tier-1 support is insufficient or not technical enough. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and working with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years experience working in a technical support or customer service role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Technical Support, Troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Ability to query relational ( MySQL ) and non-relational ( ElasticSearch ) databases
• An Advantage will be knowledge in Phyton 2 or 3, Shell Scripting (Bash, csh), or Public cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
