Configuration Control Engineer

We're searching for a Configuration Control Engineer to join our Engineering team in the Operations department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and implementation of change processes (ECO/ECR).
• Manage products Life-cycle from early development stages, until End of life.
• Analysis of engineering changes and their impact on the operational chain in the company and updating relevant interfaces.
• Characterization of configuration control processes in the company.
• Escort NPIs projects and coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure manufacturing plans that meets the product’s goals.
• Characterization of a PLM system for configuration control purposes.
• Assistance and support of mechanical and electronic design engineers in their work process in the context of engineering information management.
• Prepare project timeline and identify all resources required for manufacturing production readiness (PRR).
• Address supplier’s issues such as Obsolescence and replacement components

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in PP&C, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years experience in configuration management.
• Strong knowledge of PDM systems and system administration skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 10007
