Position & Responsibilities:

The Junior Operation Manager is responsible for promoting client-company projects & tasks toward campaign readiness.

Ensuring smooth and orderly flow of information, coordinating and leading to completion of marketing activities, tasks & objectives as set by our clients and internal departments. 

Responsibilities include:

Maintains flow of work by:

• Communicating & coordinating information and requirements;
• Establishing work schedules, monitoring progress, and resolving open issues;
• Planning, monitoring, and appraising job results;
• Participating with and providing resources to relevant teams;
• Preparing reports and presentations for clients, management, and internal teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in operational positions
• Fluent in English
• Advantage-Familiarity with performance marketing and online ad campaigns
• Ability to navigate multiple assignments in fast-paced and agile environment
• Details orientated
• Task-oriented
• Problem-solving and decisions making abilities
• Strong ability to motivate and engage others in action
