AI Lead

A well-funded SaaS startup with an exceptional AI product is seeking a dynamic and seasoned AI & Data Lead to spearhead our AI initiatives. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the AI field, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our artificial intelligence endeavors, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful integration of AI solutions across our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Strategy and Development: Lead the formulation of AI strategies, guiding the research, design, and development of cutting-edge AI-driven applications, algorithms, and models to address complex business challenges.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and analysis of data to derive valuable insights, steering the development of innovative AI solutions that align with business objectives.
• Advanced Model Training: Direct the training, fine-tuning, and validation of machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring optimal performance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
• Integration Mastery: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate AI components into existing systems and architect new AI-driven applications.
• Research and Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and related fields, providing thought leadership and exploring emerging technologies to enhance our products and services.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee thorough testing and validation processes for AI solutions, ensuring compliance with business requirements and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, gathering requirements and delivering AI solutions that align with business objectives.
• NLP Work: Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) expertise for projects involving natural language data.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in developing AI solutions and working with machine learning frameworks and libraries.
• Expert-level programming skills.
• Solid understanding of data science, statistics, and advanced data analysis techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and machine learning.
• Experience with NLP and\or LLMs - An advantage
