About the Role

As our in-house Legal Counsel, you have transactions or financing experience at a solid law firm, and you’re now ready to make an impact and take ownership of deals. You feel comfortable working with in-house and external counsel on a variety of legal matters, and love taking initiative.

You are looking for a significant opportunity to grow professionally. With us, this will mean taking on big-ticket financing deals from A to Z -- from the NDA until the deal closing. You will engage in cross-border deals, collaborate with external counsel from all over the globe, and be part of a growing global legal team.

You will:

• Work with various stakeholders/departments on a broad range of legal contracts including complex financing transactions (cross-border), partnerships, and investments agreements
• Handle legal matters in other related fields like securities law, corporate governance, and financing regulation
• Draft, review, negotiate and close commercial contracts, including services agreements and related documents with partners, resellers, and vendors
• Interface with and manage support from foreign legal counsels
• Manage all labor law related matters for the local Abu Dhabi office

Do you have:

• 4+ years experience as a licensed attorney
• Legal experience in financing transactions or M&A transactions
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
• Outstanding communication skills
• Excellent English (written and verbal)
