Customer Relations & Sales Representative

We are seeking a responsible and talented Customer Relations & Sales Representative to join our team.

The Customer Relations & Sales Representative is playing a significant role within our Cx department. The representative will respond to and initiate conversation with potential customers in all our channels (chat, WhatsApp, mail & phone) ultimately leading to meet company goals alongside high customer satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities:

• Identifying knowledge gaps and advice solutions for employees' training
• Ability to manage e2e tasks with multiple interfaces
• Work with the development team to improve the customer journey and product

• 2 years of experience in service and sales representative position- A Must!

• Experience from SaaS company
• Previous Experience in Credit Companies or Credit Industry Knowledge
