A high-tech company specializing in Data Analytics has developed AI-based technology and smart algorithms that enable app owners to reach their most relevant user audience by predicting real-time interests and analyzing massive-scale data.

Based in Tel Aviv, conveniently located near a train station, the company offers a hybrid work model with two days a week from home. The team comprises 75 employees.

About the role

• The role places a significant emphasis on research within a newly formed team led by the CTO.
• Primary focus areas include AI innovation across diverse data types, particularly in recommendation systems.
• Responsibilities span from research to production, involving end-to-end development and research of ML/DL AI.
• Specific tasks encompass handling massive datasets (500M+ Rows), conducting Modeling and Feature Engineering.
• The role also includes overseeing Monitoring processes from development to Production.
• Involvement in Large-Scale projects is a key aspect, utilizing AWS (Sagemaker), Pytorch, FM, TwoTowers, and more.

Requirements-

• 3 years experience as a Data Scientist
• 2+ years experience working with Deep Learning.
• 2+ years experience working with recommender systems
• Hands-on experience building and deploying deep learning models to production
• High level scripting and programming skills in Python
• Superior verbal, visual, and written communication skills to educate and work with cross functional teams on controlled experiments.
• Team player, responsible, delivery-oriented
• Troubleshooter, problem-solver who knows how to navigate trade-offs
• Work experience as a data analyst - an advantage
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics or other technical field.
