Electronic Technologist and Process Engineer

Our Engineering team is responsible for leading the connection between technology, innovation and design to the production.

Our goal is to provide a quality and professional service to production that prevents faults in advance on the one hand and solves them in real-time on the other hand.

We are looking for an Electronic Technologist and Process Engineer to join us!

• Lead PCBA production process from design level (DFA- design for assembly) analysis to production level- machine assembly (SMT, AOI, SPI, XRAY, WAVE)
• Set up step parameters for complex machines in the line (AOI, SPI, PAP, XRAY)
• Lead solder paste mask design for card assembly processes.
• Lead the PCBA production lines improvements and failure investigation.
• Full involvement in DR processes with R&D and NPI departments
• Leading the factory DFx rules in the PCB/PCBA design area
• Perform DFx analyses and define design rules for PWA design stages (PCB to the components)
• Use DRC supporting tools for the printed circuit boards Design Set Penalization for PCB and Footprint for new PCB parts
• Provide technical support in purchasing electronic equipment including SOW, validation of new equipment and approve 2nd source PCB
  
  

• BSc in Electronic / Materials / chemical Engineering / physics
• Experience of at least 5 years in a PCBA production lines
• DFX/ Valor experience
• In-depth knowledge and familiarity with circuit (PCB) production processes, SMT soldering, wave, washing, IPC standards.
• Experience with PCBA assembly inspection machines (AOI, XRAY)
• Project Leadership Experience
• High level of English
