STARTICA is looking for an experienced IT Linux Engineer to join a global company.
Responsibilities:
- Support end-user environments.
- Assist with the onboarding process, prepping and deploying systems, and support in IT new hire orientation.
- Provide timely resolution of problems and act as an escalation point for the team.
- Be a part of IT projects and deliverables.
- Handle system access and maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity & security.
- Work closely with other cross-functional teams on relevant initiatives, problem resolution, and daily operations.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in troubleshooting Linux and Windows environments as well as managing and maintaining Windows/Linux servers.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with communication networks including communications protocols, firewalls, routers, etc.
- Familiarity or experience with virtualization systems as esxi vsphere.
- Clear and concise communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Advantage:
- Experience with Okta.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS, GCP & Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Familiarity with Python and bash.
