Game Economy Manager

We are looking for a passionate Game Economy Manager to join our fast-growing Product Team. Using your analytical skills, your mission will be to balance and tune all the economic aspects of our games.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and tune the economics of resources & currencies using data analysis and simulations.
• Define guidelines of resources management (inbound & outbound) across company departments to control & optimize economy inflation.
• Design the user path & features from economic aspects.
• Plan & analyze complex A/B tests to optimize new and existing features.
• Be an essential part of the thinking & decision-making process for the company roadmap.

Requirements

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Computer Science or an equivalent background.
• At least two years of work experience in an Economy Analytics role.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Strong SQL with experience in querying large complex data sets.
• Previous experience in Product / Economy / Monetization analysis in the gaming industry – Big Advantage.
• Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games – an advantage.
