Dealing client retention, professional services, and training throughout Gett’s business portal and App.

Responsibilities:

• Daily initiated activity contacting customers who stop their business activity.
• Manage and answer inquiries regarding how to use our business portal & App.
• Solving online problems for customers.
• Increasing % of riding accounts.
• Reducing churn rate.
• Monthly targets for # of daily calls and retention rate.
• Delivering daily statistics as directed by the manager.
