תיאור המשרה
For a new established JV located in India, we are looking for a Financial Manager, with experience in preparing and managing financial results, budgets and forecasts, with proven business oriented skills. The financial manager will plan, develop, design, manage, implement and control all of the JV financial activities, working with both the Indian and the Israeli stakeholders. The job includes multiple travel as needed
Responsibilities Include:
Support tactical initiatives required in set up
Take lead on the various financial work streams
Oversee the issuance of financial information to multiple stakeholders
Oversee the monthly billing and collection process
Working with division finance controller in Israel, to set budget goals, ensure they are followed and create forecasts regularly
Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts
Lead the design and implementation of financial procedures, internal control and implement Corporate Finance accounting policies
Work with banks, legal advisers, customers, suppliers and other external entities
Lead the audit processes, work closely with external auditors, and comply with annual statutory audit, government reporting requirements and tax filings
Ensure compliance with various regulation requirements, internal controls, policies and procedures

דרישות המשרה
BSc/MSc degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or relevant field
English - Mother tongue level
At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Finance Manager / FP&A / Controller or similar position
Excellent interpersonal relationships and ability to work in complex matrix interfaces
Desire to learn and expend to areas outside of the finance activities, and self-development
Knowledge of accounting best practices and regulations
Ideally a non-traditional financial career journey
Comfortable with uncertainty and challenge
