We're seeking a talented PMO with strong technical skills and experience in Agile methodologies to join our dynamic team. While working closely with Product Med and Data Science teams you’ll be playing a key individual contributor within the R&D department, responsible for supporting project management activities and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with Agile and Scrum concepts to drive efficiency and excellence in project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Project Support:
  
  

Provide technical support for project management activities, including data analysis, reporting, and documentation.

Utilise technical tools such as SQL, Jira, and Excel to gather and analyze project data, track progress, and generate reports as needed.

• Agile Methodologies:
  
  

Apply Agile and Scrum principles to support project planning, execution, and delivery within the R&D department.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Project Coordination:
  
  

Support product managers in coordinating project activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and tracking action items.

Ensure alignment with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or challenges.

• Stakeholder Communication:
  
  

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, ensuring clarity of project goals, priorities, and expectations.

Serve as a liaison between R&D teams, US-based customers, vendors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns as needed.

• Continuous Improvement:
  
  

Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes and enhance efficiency within the R&D PMO.

Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or technical project support, preferably in a software development or technology environment.
• Proficiency in working with databases, monitoring tools, and Jira for project tracking and management.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum concepts, with experience working in Agile environments and supporting Agile projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
• Experience working with US customers/vendors.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advantage: scripting and programming skills.
