Our platform is a one stop shop management platform for sports federations

Role Description

This is a hybrid role - based in Rishon LeZion - that will oversee both sales and operations management of PodiumComp. This includes but is not limited to; leading sales initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing sales data, monitoring and improving business processes, managing inventory levels, forecasting revenue, creating and implementing operational policies and procedures. This role also requires the ability to work both onsite and from a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and operations management, including team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and utilization of business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the software industry or related technology field is a plus
• Fluent in English and Hebrew; additional language skills are a plus
