We are seeking a Project Manager in the field of organization and methods for an established global company.
This is a full-time position based at the company's offices, currently located in Tel Aviv with an upcoming relocation to Bnei Brak.
Responsibilities include:
- Improving and optimizing internal organizational processes, data collection and analysis, and developing work plans.
- Working according to Gantt charts and meeting deadlines, implementing engineering methodologies such as Lean Management.
- Writing process documents, guidelines, specification, and development requirements.
- Participating in meetings and presenting data, working with multiple interfaces.
- Working as part of teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree - Must (industrial engineering and management - Advantage).
- Previous experience of up to two years in the field of organization and methods (project management, PMO) - Must
- Fluent English - Must
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and proficiency in other specialized programs- Must
- Experience working with Priority software, PMP certification, or specialization in IT - Advantage.
